收窄差距。

AI arrived faster than anyone's judgment could keep up. It cuts both ways: the same tools that sharpen one person's thinking quietly do another person's thinking for them. And the more we hand our thinking to a machine, the less our own judgment gets exercised, until the skill starts to fade from lack of use. AI 來得太快，判斷力追不上。它是一把雙刃劍：同一批工具，磨利了一個人的思考，卻悄悄替另一個人把思考做完。而我們越是把思考交給機器，自己的判斷就越少機會操練，久而久之，這份能力會因為少用而退化。

Then there is access. Capable AI costs money, and in Hong Kong the most capable models are often geo-restricted: reaching them takes a workaround, an overseas payment method, or someone who already knows the way in. Those who can pay and navigate pull ahead; those who cannot fall further behind. The old digital divide is reopening as an AI literacy gap, and it runs straight along the line of privilege. 其次是使用機會。有能力的 AI 要錢，而在香港，最強的模型往往有地域限制：要用得上，得靠技術上的變通、外地的付款方式，或者一個早就懂門路的人。付得起、又懂得繞過限制的人走得更前，其餘的落得更後。舊日的數碼鴻溝，正以「AI 素養差距」的形式重新裂開，而且沿著貧富的界線裂開。

Our education pillar is called Illuminate: in Chinese, 明, the sun beside the moon, seeing clearly. This gap is what it exists to close. Yansi is how we work on it, not with another lecture about AI, but with small free tools that put skill and judgment where people already are: a conversation, a game, a lesson, a home. Free, and staying free, because a gap the market keeps widening is exactly what a charity is for. 本會的教育方向以「明」字為記：日月並排，看得清楚。要收窄的，正是這道差距。言思就是我們在這個方向上的做法：不是再辦一場關於 AI 的講座，而是用一件件細小的免費工具，把技術和判斷放進人本來就在的地方：一段對話、一個遊戲、一堂課、一個家。免費，而且一直免費，因為市場不斷擴大的差距，正是慈善機構存在的理由。
