Yansi is a free chatbot with one job: teaching you to use AI well. Ask it anything. It answers, and as it does, it shows its working: how the question could be sharper, what deserves a second check, and when a machine is the wrong tool for the job. 言思是一個免費聊天機械人，只有一項任務：教你把 AI 用好。你可以問它任何事。它一邊回答，一邊把門道拆給你看：問題可以怎樣問得更準，哪些地方值得再核實，以及甚麼時候根本不該用機器。

Why this exists 為甚麼有言思
The tools arrived faster
than the judgment.
工具來得比判斷力快。
AI was meant to extend what people can do. Increasingly it cuts both ways: the same tools that sharpen one student's thinking quietly do another student's thinking for him. The difference is not the tool. It is literacy: knowing how to use it, and knowing when not to. AI 本應擴闊人的能力。但它越來越像一把雙刃劍：同一批工具，磨利了一個學生的思考，卻悄悄替另一個學生把思考做完。分別不在工具，在素養：識得怎樣用，也識得幾時不用。
There is a second problem. Capable AI costs money, and learning to use it well takes guidance. Households with both pull ahead; households with neither fall further behind. The old digital divide is reopening as an AI literacy gap, and it is widening while everyone talks about it. That is why Yansi is free and stays free: a gap the market keeps widening is exactly what a charity exists to close. 還有第二個問題。有能力的 AI 要錢，學懂用好它更需要有人引路。兩樣都有的家庭走得更前，兩樣都缺的家庭落得更後。舊日的數碼鴻溝，正以「AI 素養差距」的形式重新裂開，而且在眾人議論之際繼續擴大。言思免費、並且一直免費，原因就在這裏：市場不斷擴大的差距，正是慈善機構存在的理由。
Our education pillar is called Illuminate: in Chinese, 明, the sun beside the moon, seeing clearly. Yansi is its first product. Instead of another lecture about AI, it puts the learning inside the conversation itself. 本會的教育方向以「明」字為記：日月並排，看得清楚。言思是這個方向的第一件產品。與其再辦一場關於 AI 的講座，不如把學習放進對話本身。

Sharper questions問得更準
It shows how rephrasing a question changes what comes back, so the skill transfers to every AI tool you touch afterwards. 它示範同一個問題換個問法，答案會差多遠。這門功夫，帶得到你之後用的每一個 AI 工具。

What to verify該核實甚麼
It points at the parts of its own answers that should not be taken on faith, and shows how to check them. 它會指出自己答案裏哪些部分不能照單全收，並示範怎樣去核實。

Recent events, precise figures, invented sources: it is frank about the blind spots of systems like itself. 近期的事、精確的數字、無中生有的出處：對於自己這類系統的盲點，它直認不諱。

Your judgment, kept判斷還是你的
It does not replace your thinking. It exists so that when you do rely on AI, you know exactly how far to trust it. 它不代替你思考。它存在的意義，是讓你在依靠 AI 的時候，清楚知道可以信到甚麼程度。

Version one of a longer promise. 一個更長承諾的第一步。
Yansi starts as a chatbot. Around it is a board of ideas we want to build, in no particular order: what gets built first will depend on funding, partners, and where the need is sharpest. The board will grow. 言思由一個聊天機械人開始。圍繞它的，是一板我們想做的構想，不分先後：先做哪一件，視乎資金、夥伴，以及哪裏的需要最迫切。這塊板，會一直加東西。

AI for the communities priced out of it. 把 AI 帶給被價錢擋在門外的人。
Capable AI tools, and the guidance to use them, for community groups, elderly centres and families without subscriptions. Access and literacy together, because either one alone leaves the gap open. 把有能力的 AI 工具，連同使用它的引導，帶給社區組織、長者中心和沒有訂閱的家庭。使用機會和素養要一起送到，因為只有其中一樣，差距依然存在。

This board is a statement of direction, not a list of committed deliverables. Every item beyond v1 depends on funding, partnerships and community need, and may change shape, merge or be set aside. 這塊板寫的是方向，不是已承諾的交付項目。第一版以外的每一項，都視乎資金、夥伴和社區需要，內容可能調整、合併或擱置。
